What is Rise Up Virtual?
Rise Up Virtual is a brand new event experience Zurvita is bringing right to your home. Featuring live-streaming and interactive technology, you’ll experience exciting LIVE announcements, online networking opportunities, training, incredible speakers, special surprises and more – all accessible in the comfort and safety of your home.
What are the dates and times?
Friday, July 17, 2020, and Saturday, July 18, 2020. Check agenda for times.
What ticket types are available?
Basic, Premier and Elite.
What is the deadline to purchase a ticket?
All tickets sales end Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. CT. Please Note: In order to receive all swag in time for the event, please register by June 12, 2020.
What is the best way to watch?
We recommend watching on a laptop or computer in a place with a strong internet connection for the best viewing experience.
Whom should I contact if I have special needs?
Please make sure to address your needs upon registration and contact events@zurvita.com.
Can I watch it on my smartphone?
Yes, but the best viewing quality will be from a laptop or computer.
Will this be available to watch on Facebook?
No, but we highly encourage you to engage with us on all our social media platforms during the live event and post with #ZurvitaVirtual.
Will there be Spanish translation?
Yes, there will be a Spanish feed available.
What if I already purchased a ticket for National Convention 2020?
We’ve got you covered! We truly appreciate your purchase. That’s why we are upgrading you to our Elite ticket tier. This unlocks access to the best of the best at our virtual event. You will receive an email from Zurvita prompting you to check out your new perks and update your event account soon!
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, there is a transfer ticket feature on your account that allows you to transfer your ticket to another person on your own.
Can I register a guest?
Yes, there is a guest registration feature on your account that allows you to register a guest on your own.
Can I buy more than one ticket?
Yes.
My spouse is on my account, do they need a ticket as well?
We recommend that each viewer purchase a ticket to get access to the perks and promotions associated with each tier.
Can I buy one ticket and host a team watch party?
Sure! However, only ticketholders will receive perks and promotions associated with each tier. However, we recommend you follow state and local guidelines on social distancing recommendations at this time.
How can I participate with my team?
We recommend you follow state and local guidelines on social distancing recommendations at this time. However, we still encourage you to stay connected through social media using #ZurvitaVirtual.
Why is it becoming Rise Up Virtual?
Our Zurvita Family’s health and safety have always been a top priority — in light of the current situation with COVID-19, we moved to a new virtual experience that will be like no other event!
What happens to Earn Your Way?
First, thank you for leveling up and making your mark at Zurvita with your success. We see you and appreciate you! That’s why we have updated the contest to reflect updated virtual prizes (like our partnership with Uber Eats to fulfill our $60 Lunch Voucher, yay!) that you will receive for Rise Up Virtual, including updated experiences that earners will now receive at Zurvita Fest 2021!
What if I’m busy? Will the event be available to view after the live event?
Yes. Premier and Elite ticket holders will have extended access to content post-event to watch at their leisure.
What is the process for cancelling my hotel reservation?
If you made a reservation in the Zurvita block, the hotel will be refunding you and sending you an email notification of the cancellation. If you made a reservation outside of the Zurvita block, please contact that property directly to cancel.
How do I cancel airfare or rental car reservations?
Please contact the airline or rental car agency directly to cancel.
What will happen with the Ambassador Meeting?
We will have a private virtual meeting with all registered Ambassadors before the event starts on Thursday, July 16, 2020. Check agenda for times.
What will happen with PROJECT: Leadership?
We will have a private virtual meeting with all registered Executive Consultants and above before the event starts on Friday, July 17, 2020. Check agenda for times.
Will there be an Awards Night?
We will have special virtual recognition moments throughout the event.
What is the refund policy?
For all early-bird and general admission price National Convention ticket holders, Zurvita will automatically refund the difference of the Elite tier. At this time, full refunds are not available.
